[Proposal] XRPL Mainnet Integration Proposals

Hi.

The XRPL integration is now being rolled out onto Axelar Mainnet. There are several government proposals that will need to pass for the integration to go through.

  1. Upload XRPL Gateway can be found here
  2. Upload XRPL Multisig Prover can be found here
  3. Upload XRPL Voting Verifier can be found here
  4. Register Gateway address with the Router contract can be found here
  5. Register Multisig Prover address with the Coordinator contract can be found here
  6. Authorize Multisig Prover with the Multisig contract can be found here
  7. Register XRPL on ITS Hub can be found here

Please make sure to vote on the proposal so we can complete the mainnet integration of XRPL.
