1. Introduction
The Brazilian community is emerging as a key pillar in the Web3 ecosystem, characterized by its vibrant activity and highly skilled developers. Brazil not only hosts a population deeply versed in blockchain technology but also offers a significant number of in-person events, from conferences to hackathons, facilitating collaboration and innovation. With a population of over 250 million, Brazil is a prime opportunity for Axelar to become a catalyst for interoperable blockchain solutions.
By establishing strategic partnerships and offering support through resources and training, Axelar can capitalize on Brazil’s technical capabilities. This will position Axelar at the core of one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing developer communities within the Web3 industry.
Objective:
The objective of this proposal is to create an official Axelar community in Brazil, comprising a team of 10 professionals with extensive experience in blockchain community management. The focus will be on content creation, community engagement, and establishing a solid presence within the Brazilian ecosystem while enhancing cross-marketing activities with other relevant Web3 communities. This initiative will not only expand Axelar’s visibility but also attract new developers and investors.
We are assembling a team of managers from various communities (Ethereum Brazil, Cosmos Brazil, Polkadot Brazil, Mantra Brazil, and others) and preparing a modest proposal to support growth during the initial six months. Additionally, we have shared this initiative across all Brazilian communities, attracting significant interest. The community is currently growing rapidly.

This proposal follows the “Regionals Community Master Proposal.”
Each regional team is responsible for growing its community and must report monthly KPIs to the Axelar community through an activity report in the forum. The report must include:

4. Budget
Salary for support and moderation:

Total of 3000 $AXL per quarter, for activities and incentives, including Zealy campaigns and community cross-marketing activities, AMAs, etc.
Total amount for the full period (Salaries + Community Incentives): 20004 AXL for 6 months.

5. Planned Activities
Community Moderation and Engagement (Twitter, Telegram, Discord):

Translate and share over 100 monthly publications from Axelar’s official Twitter and ecosystem in the Axelar_BR Brazil Telegram community and Axelar’s official Discord (translated news, articles, proposals, partnerships, news roundups, AMA dates, important announcements, and events).

Disseminate publications to other Brazilian and Web3 communities to raise awareness about the project with new users (cross-marketing).

Daily engagement and responses to community members’ questions.

Provide community support for use cases in Axelar Brazil and cross-communities (AXL staking, AXL transfers, Axelar campaigns, Axelar testnets, and Axelar-integrated DAPPs).
Zealy Campaigns:

Our Zealy campaigns will include various decentralized marketing activities to engage the community and attract new members.

Conduct quarterly campaigns focusing on engagement, and cross-marketing with other Brazilian communities.

Aim for more than 4,000 tasks per campaign, with rewards distributed among participants.
Events and Content Creation:

Participate in and organize in-person events at conferences and meetups to promote Axelar and increase awareness.

Produce educational content and explanatory videos, and participate in weekly Twitter Spaces, collaborating with other blockchain communities related to the Axelar Ecosystem.

Conduct weekly quizzes to assess the community’s knowledge of Axelar.

Provide support for quests and campaigns, assisting with platforms such as Galxe, Layer3, and other Axelar-related activities.

Host weekly Twitter Spaces: Engage with other projects integrated with Axelar and collaborate with other Brazilian-speaking communities (Axelar cross-marketing).
Rewards: Participants will share a monthly pool of 1000 AXL, distributed across campaigns, art contests, thread contests, MEME contests, AMAs, quizzes, and other community activities.
