Overview: The “Axelarate” series, hosted by Topside, is an open forum for cross-chain conversations, and for all the latest interchain insights. Topside Crypto is a platform established by its eponymous founder for blockchain learning, Web3 news, and crypto giveaways. Hosted on the Axelar Ecosystem X page (@AXL_Ecosystem), “Axelarate” is where we push the boundaries of a borderless blockchain experience.

This is a general format for each episode, and is not meant to be strictly enforced. Each Space is constructed this way to provide 1 full hour of entertaining and informative content. Engagement from the audience will be encouraged between topics, and Spaces can be extended as needed.

- This series will help the Axelar Ecosystem expand its reach on X, and invite new Axelar users and investors.
- While this series is informative, the main goal is entertainment.
- This will feel like a talk show mixed with a community forum.
- I’ll prepare relevant topics to drive the conversation, and will research the projects of each guest I host.

1. Time Zone Issues
- Problem: As a U. S. Citizen on the east coast, the proposed time may deter people from certain regions around the world
- Solution: I will check with members of the Axelar community to find the best times for them. I will also attend Spaces to see which times work best for the most regions.
2. Attendance Issues
- Problem: As a new series hosted by someone with a small platform, it could take time to build up a strong audience
- Solution: I will build up my following with blockchain content, giveaways, and attendance to Spaces throughout this program.
3. Connectivity Issues
- Problem: Twitter Spaces had bad connections and glitches
- Solution: I will use a podcast console, and professional microphone to host this series. This will also let me play music and related audio with higher quality.

Long-Term Working Relationships
- When I first joined the space in 2021, I was able to develop many relationships. I was full-time in Web3, but I didn’t have enough income to hold my investments. I offered too many services for too little money, and left myself vulnerable for the 2022 market crash.
- This time, I am building to stay in Web3, not to leave Web3.
- I truly believe in blockchain technology, and I admire the work that Axelar is doing. I am grateful for the opportunity, and I will rise to the challenge.

Bio & Past Work

2021-2022: I built a community focused on blockchain education. I hosted 2 Twitter Spaces per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), with a focus on Web3 news. Along with this, I ran a daily Twitter group to share related content, and to onboard blockchain newcomers.

2021-2022: As a multimedia artist, I also entered Web3 to sell NFTs of my work. As part of the promotion for this, I hosted another series (Wednesdays) to interview Web3 artists. For the show, I would interview them, share their work, share my own, and bring up the audience to share as well.

2022: I also worked as a community manager for a company that focused on AI-generated gameplay NFTs. Along with my daily responsibilities, I hosted weekly Spaces, and spoke in other Spaces hosted by company partners. I interviewed professional gamers, NFT project founders, and Web3 platform builders.

2024: I wrote an introductory Axelar thread for the unofficial Axelarators chat. I was then invited to become an Axelar KOL. As part of the grant program, I completed the following:
