What is Satellite?
Satellite (https://satellite.money/) is an app built by Axelar that can bridge assets between any two chains that are connected to Axelar network.
Caution: Satellite is used to transfer real assets across main networks. When using it for the first time, try transferring small amounts initially. If you need assistance, use the FAQ and Support channels in Axelar’s official Discord server.
Which blockchains/assets are currently supported on Satellite?
All supported chains are listed in the app. For a full list of chains supported on mainnet, have a look at the following: Mainnet | Axelar Network
Before you deposit your tokens to the deposit address, please verify that you’re using the correct token contract. If you send a non-Axelar wrapped asset to the deposit address, it will be lost. See Mainnet | Axelar Network for a list of token contracts supported by Satellite on the mainnet.
Where can I find a link to Axelar’s cross-chain dApp Satellite?
The official link for the Satellite Webapp is: https://satellite.money/. Please stay vigilant about scams and make sure to verify that the app you are using is the official one. Axelar, the Satellite dApp, and Axelar’s employees/moderators will never ask you for confidential information such as your private keys.

Where can I see my Satellite transaction? Does Axelar have a block explorer?
To find your transaction, please use the Axelarscan Transfers page.
How do I add supported network assets?
You can visit the Assets page and use the Metamask button to add them automatically. Additionally, all of the available networks and assets are also displayed at Mainnet | Axelar Network.
How do I find liquidity for Axelar wrapped assets?

I have a problem with Satellite. Where can I get help?
If your asset doesn’t arrive after sufficient time has passed (15-30 minutes for all chains, except Ethereum, where transactions are triggered at 30m+ intervals), then:
a) Confirm that your transaction on the source chain went through via the corresponding explorer.
b) Confirm that you sent the assets to the Axelar-generated deposit address.
c) Confirm that you’ve sent the tokens to the desired destination chain & added the token contract to your Metamask wallet (Assets | Axelarscan). Try searching your transaction in the destination chain’s explorer based on your destination address.
Please open a Satellite ticket via Zendesk to get support. Make sure to include all of the requested information.
Can I move non-Axelar Wrapped assets via Satellite?
Yes, we do support a limited amount of native assets such as AVAX, ETH, FTM, MATIC, GLMR…etc. Before you deposit your tokens to the deposit address, please verify that you’re using the correct token contract. If you send a non-Axelar wrapped asset or a native asset we do not support to the deposit address, it will be lost.

Can I use Ledger with Keplr to send my assets?
Yes, Ledger is fully supported on the Satellite App.
Are Terra Classic transfers supported?
Satellite supports transferring Axelar Wrapped LUNC and USTC back to Terra Classic.
