Activities carried out include:
- Managing and supporting the Thai community across different channels (Telegram, Discord).
- Translating and sharing important updates and news with the community.

For the last quarter, we have seen new members join our events and increased activities and views compared to the previous grants, thanks to Twitter premium. During the events, we also spotted many bots and sybils trying to win reward prizes, so we tried our best to exclude them to ensure fairness to the Thai community.
We have organized a total of six events during the last six months, including crosswords, puzzles, and question games, which can be tracked here: https://community.axelar.network/u/best/activity. We have learned that to attract new users, we need to include raffle rewards to encourage users to retweet, like, and tag their friends, in addition to the events themselves. We have to thank our community for coming up with this idea and providing feedback. The downside is we have to filter bots and sybils manually.
In the next quarter, we will try to organize more than one activity per month. We plan to create a mini-game that can reward many participants and include raffles to reward users who like and share our events. We expect this way of organizing events will boost engagement more effectively than organizing them once a month.

Period: February 2025 – April 2025
Executive Summary
Over the past two and a half years, the Hispanic Axelar community has maintained consistent activity, averaging 2,000 messages per month, translating over 120 posts per month across Twitter and Telegram (including the Spanish news channel), conducting Zealy campaigns with 2,000 $AXL in monthly rewards, and reaching up to 98 participants in our best month. Additionally, we have organized an average of 1 to 2 AMAs per month with key projects from the Axelar ecosystem and its new integrations.
However, over the past six months, community activity has declined due to the market conditions of the $AXL token. To counter this trend, we propose a strategic plan focused on community reactivation through an ambassador program, social media outreach initiatives, and stronger integration with other communities in the Web3 ecosystem.

During the previous period (Aug 2024- Jan 2025), we conducted 6 AMAs with more than 250 participants, tasks related to Axelar network were organized: token staking and delegating, holding $AXL, likes+reposts of Axelar official Twitter account posts, etc.
6000 $AXL were distributed among the participants for fulfilling various conditions (for more information, see the monthly reports, transaction hashes are also indicated there: August, September, October, November, December and January)

Despite the fact that we managed to increase the activity (involvement) of participants, the number of new participants is almost at the same level, new people come, but someone leaves the telegram channel, many factors contribute to this: the complication of the market (more involvement of market participants is needed), sibylls who lose interest after TGE, a bear market and others.
Now our main goal for the next six months is to increase the number of participants.
We hope that AMA, contests will attract new participants to the community. And we plan to overcome the mark of 750 telegram subscribers in this period.
